First Century Ride
12-Week First Century Special
Everything You Need to Safely Complete Your First 100-Mile Bike Ride!

Have you ever watched a group of  lean, strong,  helmeted cyclists whiz by in the early morning hours and wished – even for the briefest second – you could be part of their world? Well now you can. Not only is Ron uniquely experienced at getting your body ready to ride, but he is also an endurance cycling veteran who will teach you the techniques, tips and mindset you need to finish your very first Century Ride.

A veteran cyclist, Ron has completed over 30 century rides. He’s a California Trip Crown winner, meaning he has finished at least three 200-mile rides in one year. He has also completed the 300 mile Grand Tour ride in 24 hours. He was a team member in a relay that finished the Furnace Creek 508 in 33 hours and 21 minutes. And, of course, he’s a certified, fully insured personal trainer and spinning instructor. Meaning no one can provide better, safer and more practical instruction and preparation for your first century ride.

Ron will train you out on the bike and in the gym, preparing your body and your mind to smoothly handle a distance ride. Expect to learn it all – from getting over the fear of clipping in and out of your pedals to how to properly descend down a steep hill. And when you’re ready, he’ll ride right alongside you to ensure you accomplish your exciting new goal. You won't find a training package like this anywhere else!
