Some of Ron's Techniques
Boxing and Kickboxing: Ron uses the techniques associated with boxing and kickboxing to help clients improve their balance, flexibility and footwork. He also incorporates core training, heavy bag work and focus mitt work to help clients increase their cardiovascular and muscular fitness levels.
Rowing: Ron has recently added indoor rowing on his concept 2, model D, ergometer, to the list of cross training tools he uses to help get his clients into incredible shape. Rowing is an amazing full-body workout that emphasizes legs but also includes every part of the body during the fluid, non-impact, rowing motion. It is just another way that Ron has found to incorporate cardio into his clients' training sessions.
Spinning and Cycling: Ron is a spinning instructor and a cyclist, and he encourages many of his clients to incorporate these activities into their routine to enhance their cardiovascular workouts, particularly because of the forgiving nature that pedaling has on hip, knee and ankle joints.
Weight Training, Stretching, Core: Ron helps his clients by integrating the right combination of fitness training tools and techniques to help them reach their goals for the best possible overall health.
